Why does it matter whether the Tokens are in one wallet or multiple wallets? At the end, it is the gross amount of tokens in all wallets that matters. There is no reason for any user to open multiple wallets as it doesn’t make any difference. Actually, going for multiple wallets adds nothing but the hassle of voting multiple times with more gas fees for the same end result. There is nothing to game here.
