Supporting Professional ENS Developers

I read an interesting article today titled Open-source developers are burning out, quitting, and even sabotaging their own projects, and it led me to think about what ENS DAO can do to support open source developers who work directly on ENS (with no affiliation to TNL). With the passage of this vote the working groups will officially be funded. As a reminder, no funds can be disbursed without 3 of 5 stewards approving the transaction.

B) Highlight ($3.2m Match LIVE!) Grants | Gitcoin ) currently on gitcoin

Folks who are part of the grant process sometimes feel bad as their matching contribution decreased as other projects got funded. One solution, besides changing gitcoin’s ui, is making sure that every ENS projected accepted has a minimum funding.

Prior to the next gitcoin grant round, we hope to be able to run a grant workshop to encourage more folks to participate in gitcoin and the ENS ecosystem.

Discussed how gitcoin is combating Matthew effect - Wikipedia with the use of quadratic funding. Thanks Hellen for bringing this topic up.
