Bulk Renewal rejected two times

I try to renewal two of my ENS that will expire in 1 month, and the transaction has been Reverted, two times. What is going on?

Did the transactions take a while to be mined? It’s likely that the price of ether changed a bit while you were waiting, and the payment was no longer sufficient when it was.
