My reasons for wanting to be a delegate: I want to contribute to the development of ENS.
I believe that ENS is a revolutionary mechanism to easily represent complex and long wallet addresses.I myself hold three ENSs.I want to share this fascination with as many people as possible.

My reasons for wanting to be a delegate: Hello. Iā€™m from Barcelona, Spain. Iā€™m a 20yo crypto lover. One of my goals is to be part of a crypto project. My reasons for wanting to be a delegate: I see myself as a very deep crypto user/ long-term crypto holder and as a crypto community manager for more than 4 years building one of the biggest community in biggest China crypto market which give me a very much experience of the decentralization community management help understand more about crypto DAO.I believe that ENS is a revolutionary mechanism to represent complex and long wallet addresses.

Hot off the curtails of Facebookā€™s huge focus shift towards web3, I believe now more than ever it is our responsibility as proponents of decentralization to participate in governance. I firmly believe fb (ā€œmetaā€) to be the antithesis of our common goalā€“an internet which is both autonomous and permissionless. I hope to engage in dialogue which further pushes ENS towards such a future.

My reasons for wanting to be a delegate: I see the power in owning your identity. I feel we are missing the fundamental right to transact. During the pandemic, I helped distribute ventilator splitters to hospitals for free with the help of thousands of other glass artists and volunteers. Money doesnā€™t create a movement, it gives it gas!

I have onboarded hundreds of users onto the blockchain and have provided crypto wallet support since 2016. I hand built an Ethereum Miner circa 2017 and till this day, it continues to validate ETH until Layer2 is fully implemented. I have been an avid ENS domain advocate since 2018, with a substantial collection of active .ETH domains that I utilize across the metaverse.

My reasons for wanting to be a delegate: I have been a big fan of ENS since its inception, and I want to see it succeed in its goal of becoming a global public good that is able to fund other public goods from its revenues. But, for that to happen, ENS DAO will need participants that truly believe in that goal. It is for that reason that I would like to participate myself.

My view on each section of the proposed ENS Constitution

  • Name ownership is an absolute right: Absolutely agree.
  • Registration fees exist as an incentive mechanism: Absolutely agree - ENS is not meant to be a profit maker, but not having any registration fees results in too many bad actors.
  • Income funds ENS and other public goods: Absolutely agree - There is a good chance ENS will make a lot more than is needed to run it, so there is no reason to limit public good funding from ENS revenues to ENS alone.
  • ENS Integrates with the global namespace: Absolutely agree - ENS should cleanly integrate with the global TLD namespace and therefore should be careful about new TLDs that may be rugged should ICANN decide to create them in the future.
