My web3 qualifications/skills:
I’ve been in the space since 2017 and have witnessed firsthand how much this space has evolved and the growing impact it has had on our digital world.
Over the last 3 years, I’ve participated in numerous web3 hackathons (e.g. Gitcoin, EthGlobal, Chainlink Constellation, etc.) and I’ve been grateful to receive recognition for the projects I’ve developed from various projects and protocols, such as Binance Smart Chain, Aave, and Chainlink, to name a few.
Prior to becoming a developer, my professional experience and education were in Risk Management and Actuarial Science. This is one of the reasons why I have a particular affinity for analytics, and the vast majority of my projects included this component.
We want to help steward the governance at ENS DAO with our experitise in DAO governance as professional delegates. As a multi-DAO delegate we are able to absorb context from multiple DAOs and we would like to leverage our ecosystemwide learnings to develop the ENS ecosystem. This includes assisting with strategic partnerships, offering opinions based on meta learnings and proposing governance solutions. We strongly support public goods funding and would like to see it evolve to not only support onchain projects, but also offchain real world impact initiatives.

My reasons for wanting to be a delegate:
As an ENS enthusiast, I want to bridge the global ENS community with emerging enthusiasts in Monterrey and Mexico, empowering new users and fostering the use of their .eth names as their digital identity.

My web3 qualifications/skills:
I’m a graphic designer, front-end dev, and 3d artist.
I have been involved in Ethereum since 2021 and co-founded the first 3D NFT collection in Latin America, called The Ethereans. Contributing to the growing blockchain and crypto communities in Monterrey, especially Ethereum Monterrey.
Our reasons for wanting to be a delegate:
We are a team of dedicated governance enthusiasts who have been in the governance space for over four years. Our team were some of the first members involved in defi governance and we want to apply what we have learned over the years to ENS.
Core Values:
Growth: Our decisions are primarily focused on the growth of the protocol. This often results in how to spend money efficiently, but even more importantly and objecting for unreasonable spends and knowing when to vote no.
Transparency: Clear communication with votes and explanations of reasoning, and an equivalent demand for proposals to do the same. Too often we see thousands, if not millions, being rolled up together and glossed over during proposals.
Accountability: Too often once a decision is done, having proper accountability becomes an afterthought. Whether it’s a DAO promise or a grant or a new program, once a DAO votes something in, we forget about it. Our goal with PGov is to both continue to check in on these decisions as well as ensure that there are proper channels set up to ensure accountability.

My web3 qualifications / skills:
We have been involved in the defi governance space for over four years. Our team has been involved with running grants, BD, governance advisory and consulting with over a dozen blue chips teams.
Conflicts of Interest:
If situations arise, we will abstain from a vote, and clearly state the conflict on the forums.
Our reasons for wanting to be a delegate:
I’ve been in the crypto space since 2012. I was attracted to the space because of decentralization and believe having a interoperable namespace on the internet is key for the future which is why I want to get involved with ENS. As a current and active Nouner, I have experience in DAOs especially very active ones. I have been making content for 2.5+ years and am really plugged into the space.
Core Values:
User Experience: ENS is uniquely situated to bridge the gap between our web2 identity and our web3 one. For this reason I am bullish on ENS. We are seeing early signs of this with partnerships with Venmo and Paypal.
Accountability: As someone who is active on Nouns, I understand building things can be hard so although I believe in pivots, a bit of leeway, accountability and online reputation are key to having a prosperous DAO.
My view on each section of the proposed ENS Constitution:

My web3 qualifications / skills:
I have a unique skillset irl where I am in a technical and business facing role. I am the bridge between engineers and legal departments. This skill set has helped me refine my skill of understanding/explaining very technical concepts in layman terms to others. I have previous experience with DAOs and have been in the space for over a decade now.
Conflicts of Interest:
If situations arise, we will abstain from a vote, and clearly state the conflict on the forums. As a Legal professional this is true to my core have done this before in Nouns DAO.
My reasons for wanting to be a delegate:
I’m passionate about the future of decentralized identity and naming services. ENS is one of the core building blocks of Web3, and I want to contribute meaningfully to its governance by ensuring it remains accessible, secure, and aligned with community needs. My background as a Web3 lawyer, compliance strategist, and DAO contributor puts me in a unique position to bridge legal understanding with decentralized innovation. I’m committed to transparent governance and pushing forward thoughtful proposals that serve ENS and the broader Ethereum ecosystem.

Web3 legal advisor specializing in compliance, DAO governance, and token regulation
Active contributor and strategist in several DAOs (Push DAO, Scroll DAO)
Former community manager with experience in ecosystem growth
Published writer on crypto regulation, AML, and DeFi policy
I had my wallet compromised. Someone got my seed phrase and I watched a
drainer bot sweep everything I sent. Instead of walking away, I built the
tools I wished existed.
I created Luxbin Quantum Internet — open-source, quantum-secured
infrastructure running on 445 real IBM qubits. And I built the LUXBIN Recovery
Tool — a forensic tracing and wallet security platform that helps people
recover stolen crypto and prevent future theft.
I know what it feels like to lose control of your wallet. That experience
drives everything I build and every vote I cast.
Why I Want to Be a Delegate
ENS names are identity. When someone compromises your wallet, they don’t just
take your money — they take your name, your reputation, your onchain history.
I experienced this firsthand with nichebiche.eth.
I want to advocate for:
Wallet security standards — ENS should lead on recovery mechanisms,
quantum-resistant key management, and user protection. Names are too important
to lose to a leaked seed phrase.
Quantum readiness — Quantum computers will break current encryption.
ENS needs to prepare now. I’m building the infrastructure to make that
transition possible.
Protecting everyday users — Not everyone is technical. ENS governance
should prioritize features that protect regular people — recovery options,
security warnings, and tools that prevent loss before it happens.
Open-source public goods — Everything I build is open source. I believe
ENS ecosystem tools should be freely available to everyone.
What I’m Building
Luxbin Quantum Internet
Quantum-secured communication infrastructure on 445 IBM qubits
Zero transaction fees, 99% less energy than Bitcoin
Open-source quantum protocols anyone can fork
artizen.fund/index/p/luxbin-quantum-internet
LUXBIN Recovery Tool
Forensic tracing of stolen funds across 6+ blockchains
Security first. Every proposal evaluated through the lens of user
safety.
Accessibility. ENS should work for everyone, not just power users.
Decentralization. No single point of failure. No corporate gatekeepers.
Future-proofing. Quantum computing is coming. Prepare now or pay later.
Conflicts of Interest
I am the creator of Luxbin Quantum Internet and the LUXBIN Recovery Tool. Both
are open source. I hold no venture funding and have no institutional
affiliations. I will abstain from any vote where my projects have a direct
financial interest.
I’m Ignas, a solo DeFi researcher focused on producing clear, in-depth analysis and actively contributing to DAO governance.
I believe in a decentralized future, where governance is driven by informed participation from a broad community - not concentrated among a small group of professional or insider delegates. Today, many DAOs suffer from voter apathy, vote concentration, and misaligned incentives that prioritize short-term speculation over long-term protocol health.
I want to serve as an ENS delegate to help counter these trends by:
Supporting governance processes that are transparent, resilient, and community-driven
Encouraging broader participation from individual token holders
Advocating for incentive alignment between token holders and the protocol, including sustainable value accrual mechanisms where appropriate
Without meaningful community participation, DAOs risk becoming no different from Web2 organizations that treat their “community” as passive users rather than stakeholders. ENS, as core infrastructure for Web3 identity, should set a high standard for decentralized governance.
I will also actively communicate key governance decisions and votes to a wider audience via X and my blog, as many important DAO actions often go unnoticed by the broader ecosystem.
My view on each section of the proposed ENS Constitution:
Name ownership shall not be infringed: Agree
Fees are primarily an incentive mechanism: Agree

My web3 qualifications / skills:
Solo DeFi researcher with a strong focus on governance, tokenomics, and protocol sustainability
Co-founder of Pink Brains, an organization dedicated to promoting various crypto projects through educational content.
Active delegate across multiple major DAOs, including: Lido. Instadapp, Arbitrum, Aave, Uniswap, Velora, Rootstock Collective,…
Conflicts of Interest:
I always make appropriate disclosures and recuse myself from voting when necessary.
