5.1. Justaname

  • Announced a prototype for identity smart wallets, an example implementation of Jaw ID tooling.
    • Official announcement here (some love is welcome ).
  • Currently in closed beta, but anyone can request access on the website.
  • It’s an ENS-native smart wallet, requiring ENS from day one.
  • Access to the prototype is limited due to unaudited contracts, recommending the use of small funds.
  • The prototype includes features like creating a new account with a passkey managed via a password manager or natively on the device.
  • The wallet comes with an identity, and users can edit their profile.
  • The prototype supports transactions on Base, Optimism, and Arbitrum.
  • Asset Section and enables operations like moving assets, swapping, cross-chain, bridging, sending, NFT transfers, etc.
  • Smart accounts are almost finalized and will undergo an audit soon
  • Tooling is being built to allow anyone to have the functionality
  • Currently supporting “App Specific” mode
  • Working on a “universal accounts” mode (like Coinbase Smart Wallet) where passkey operations happen on a dedicated page for use across multiple platforms.
