1. Welcoming

Welcome to 2024!

  • Any questions/concerns reach out to the stewards
  • The agenda will now be from a Public Document, you can request access to it or post in Discuss if you want to present or raise a topic for discussion during the call

2. Core ENS updates and announcements

  • Gearing up for 2024 including all events and hackathons
  • ETHDenver first event of the year; stay tuned for more details on IRL event

3. Calendar update and incoming change

  • Calls in January will remain at this time
  • In February, calls will move to after Ecosystem call (+2 hours from this current time)

4. Stewardship changes and feedback

  • Experimenting with group leadership, Coltron get rest after 2 years leading this group
  • Eduardo will lead first 6 months and Simona will lead second 6 months

5. Budget Status

  • Large grants have been spent/allocated; currently managing 5-7 grantees through May; potentially need small top-up
  • Small Grants will need full top-up
  • Budget will be put forward in first month as per working group rules, Eduardo is lead on budget
  • Reminder: Budget separate from funding requests

6. Upcoming Events

Eth Denver; hopefully February 29th Event
