1. Welcome
2. Miscellaneous ENS updates of general interest
- Vote to upgrade name wrapper

3. Steward vote is up for 2025 term for all three working groups
4. Some 2024 PG wrapped stats:
- Over 300k delivered in Grants
- Launched the Perpetual Public Goods Bounty that rewarded public goods projects to supplement funding during gaps between small and large grant windows
- Launched a collaboration with ETHGlobal in partnership with the Ecosystem WG, distributing free domain names to first-time hackers across the ETHGlobal 2024 circuit, promoting web3 integration for newcomers and their journey into building public goods.
- 245k already allocated to Builder Grants
- Covering our 2024 grantees: Gashawk, Urbe, Borderless Africa, Scaffold ETH-2, Onboarding Latam & Firefly in interviews about their work and their growth plans
5. As itβs our wrap up call of the year - any thoughts, wishes/suggestions for 2025, feedback for the 2024 stewards etc.
- @coltron.eth: Should amount of spending on public goods go up or down or stay the same?
- High-bar for Large Grants, could always use more high quality projects
- More projects willing to pay out small grants to, need to bring awareness to programs
- Need to see if Builder Grants platform takes off, brings more builders to ENS PG
- Request to see more transparency in BG platform like in Questbook; will give feedback to BG team
- @coltron.eth: Hunch that large grants funding amount not enough, need to double to see more high quality projects surface
- DAO thrifty early on, need to see what appetite DAO has for spending when discussing DAO budget, especially given current market
- @mel.eth: Value in giving ENS as voting delegation to recipients as well as budget; keep long-term alignment
- Have already done in governance distribution program with Large grant recipients
- Meta-gov is working on a unified gov distribution policy

- Discussion arond barbell strategy of grants: few projects with lots of funding, lots of projects with small amounts of funding
- Discussion around incentives to keep projects going, not just fund initial build, many ways to approach including significant funding
6. Open Floor
- Milestones submitted via Questbook before Christmas will get paid out this year
