From my understanding of today’s All Delegates Meeting, the retro is advisory only, and it’s up to the DAO to decide whether anything is actually implemented.
Let’s get ahead of this by assigning clear ownership and responsibility for execution, so the retro doesn’t stall after delivery.
Either:
- give that role to an existing Working Group (Meta-Gov feels like a natural fit),
- create a temporary, time-bound WG whose sole mandate is to execute the retro’s recommendations,
- or define a third option the DAO can align on.
