Im just wondering what the community’s thoughts are on Gitcoin Grants donations in perpetuity, as opposed to creating a new proposal for the community to vote on upon every Gitcoin Grant season. Gitcoin Grants are an amazing way to give back to the community. By donating to the general grant fund, we would directly be giving more power to the individual users with quadratic funding.
I’m curious if one were to make a proposal for the treasury to donate to every gitcoin grants moving forward, what the community reaction would be.
Would you be for/against such a proposal?
How much would you support donating?
Any other thoughts?
