  1. SPP3 marketplace RFP award
  • Marketplace RFP Award proposal is live, closes ~Sep 7.
  • $500k to the stream pod: $90k upfront, $100k in four gates, $310k stream on ENSv2 readiness.
  • Nomentum intro to the community.
  1. MetaGov October funding request
  • Five general buckets we have started to center on. Sent over ideas to Foundation & Labs.
  • Temp check with the room: MetaGov carrying hackathon support (was Ecosystem WG) and steward travel (was discretionary).
  1. Transaction transparency
  • Term 7 index of every multisig txn posted.
  • SafeNotes is shutting down, announced 2026-09-01. It carried WG multisig transaction annotations back to 2024-01-01. Due to WG consolidation, for Term 7, we are simply using the forum.
  1. Delegation Incentives
  • Round 2 incentives pending execution.
  • Go over insights between Round 1 & 2.
