Why I’d like to be a Steward of the Meta-Governance Working Group
I see the role of a Meta-Governance steward not as a “doer” but as a facilitator of collective productivity. ENS DAO thrives because of its talented contributors—many of whom I share this ballot with—who have driven significant advancements for the DAO and protocol. My focus has been on empowering these contributors by providing context, advocacy, and support to amplify their impact.
Beyond Meta-Governance, I’ve also had the privilege of earning trust and contributing to the Ecosystem and Public Goods Working Groups, further broadening my understanding of the DAO’s needs and opportunities.
Over the past year as a steward, I’ve had the privilege to support initiatives such as:
- Implementing the Service Provider Program
- Establishing a Steward Vesting Program
- Launching the Governance Distribution Pilot Program
- Supporting critical DAO tooling like x23.ai, ENS Ledger, Dhive, and Agora
- Strengthening delegate and DAO-wide communications
By identifying and championing “super contributors,” I aim to continue ensuring the Meta-Governance Working Group is a platform for impactful contributions to ENS DAO.
Looking ahead, I’ll focus on:
- Aligning DAO needs with contributor skillsets to drive results
- Educating the community on opportunities like the Service Provider Program and Grants
- Researching a decentralized solution to the interim Security Council to reduce trust assumptions
- Scaling the Governance Distribution Program to empower trusted contributors
- Creating a ‘DAO Operations Manual’ to navigate complex scenarios
These priorities reflect my commitment to strengthening ENS DAO’s governance and ensuring it remains an inclusive, effective, and scalable organization.
