We are glad to share that the main components for the Delegation Incentives Program are now implemented and working:
- The campaign interface
- The gasless delegation flow
- The allocation algorithm
- The lottery system

We are now targeting July 1st for the official launch. Until then, we want to give the community time to test the app, review their expected results, and help us catch any edge cases we may have missed.
Please try the app, check your delegation and allocation data, and share any feedback on what is unclear, missing, or not working as expected.
Next steps
We are now planning the launch campaign, with a specific focus on reaching less-engaged ENS token holders.
This program becomes stronger as more holders participate, so distribution is not just a marketing concern. It is part of the security goal of the campaign: increasing active delegation, broadening participation, and making governance more resilient.
We are also improving the user-facing breakdown of results. The goal is for transparency to be accessible directly in the interface, so non-technical holders can understand why their allocation appears as shown without needing to clone and re-run the code themselves.

We would be very thankful for introductions to businesses, wallets, interfaces, communities, or other groups that already interact directly with ENS token holders.
Major or minor, any channel that can help reach holders may be useful as we plan the campaign and try to maximize participation.
