There’s been a lot of offtopic discussion in many governance threads lately, that makes it difficult for people to track the progress of temp checks and proposals, and often derails them entirely with considerations that aren’t germane to the post.
Going forward, the mods are going to be a lot more proactive with this: posts that are offtopic will either be moved to separate threads, or deleted.
Please try and keep discussion ontopic as much as possible, and move discussion elsewhere when appropriate. Discourse has great tools for this - when replying you can click the ‘+’ icon in the top left, and choose ‘Reply as linked topic’ or ‘New message’.
