Social Proposals:

  1. [Social] Renewal of the Security Council
    This proposal renews the ENS DAO Security Council for 2 years before its veto authority expires on 24 July 2026. It preserves the 4-of-8 cancel-only emergency mandate, adds a timelock-only renewal function, and replaces lefteris.eth with coltron.eth.

  2. [Social] Endowment Investment Policy Update
    This proposal updates the ENS Endowment Investment Policy Statement, replacing the prior framework for how KPK manages the fund on behalf of ENS DAO. It revises investment objectives, risk limits, governance, and reporting, while setting runway protections and deployment constraints.

  3. [Social] Term 7 Steward Election
    This proposal elects three stewards for the Meta-Governance Working Group for Term 7 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027). Voting uses ranked-choice selection with the Copeland method and Shielded Voting, meaning ballots stay private during the voting window and are revealed afterward. The three highest-ranked candidates will be elected, and the election is only valid if it reaches the 1% ENS supply quorum threshold.
