I’m Director of UX (User Experience) Design for a large financial services firm. I have 20+ years of experience in web/app design and development and am a mentor to current and aspiring UX Designers.

I advocate for human-centered design (including accessibility and inclusivity) and create strategies for scaling human-centered design across organizations.

I facilitate VTS (Visual Thinking Strategies) discussions as a way to deepen design critiques, create psychological safety, improve inclusion, and foster innovation.

I am also a sequential artist (I write and illustrate children’s books, comics, and graphic novels) and a singer.

I’m new to crypto and am interested in learning all I can and seeing how I can use my skills and experience to help shape the future of technology for the betterment of humanity.
