Status update for mid-April:
So far this month, projects integrating with the ENS Referral Program have delivered over 13.5 Eth (~ over US$ 30,000) in revenue to the ENS DAO.
The ENS Affiliate Program now offers a 50% share of “base revenue contribution”, which is total referral revenue less premium revenue categories (short-name premiums or recently-released premiums).
Total tentative referral awards so far are a bit over US$ 3,000. This is roughly 10% of total referral revenue. The significant gap between 50% and 10% here reflects how this month’s top referrers (Grails and Vision) are supporting user communities who have a lot of short 3 or 4 character names and/or like to snipe recently released names.
We celebrate the positive contributions Grails and Vision are delivering for ENS and are happy to support them!
A number of other referrers are actively contributing referrals, including ENSBook, DefiLlama, SnipeZone, ENSTools, and WebHash. So far these apps haven’t qualified for awards this month yet. Rules to qualify include contributing at least US$ 100 in base revenue contribution. We appreciate the contributions these apps are making for ENS as well and hope to see them qualify for awards this month!
A reminder that now is the time to prepare for May where the award pool will triple compared with April. It’s never been a better time for apps to build and promote better integrations with ENS
