Can anyone help me in deploying my own top level domain like .eth using ENS smart contracts?

I have seen and run the code snippets available in deploy ENS on private chain, but it’s not running properly, I am getting incorrect function call arguments error.

Hi @sharathguvvala and welcome to the forum

While anyone is free to fork ENS, we don’t generally provide support for it.
There’s some documentation available at https://docs.ens.domains.

Okay, but what about deploying ENS on private chain, there is documentation available on ENS. So is it allowed to deploy on a private chain? How can I get help regarding this, because when I run the code available in the docs, I am getting errors.
