We are small group of developers that have been working on the first shared template system for ENS users. Its been very difficult getting any attention because its so new and most users don’t even realize they can point their ENS name to a static website with a simple paste of a CID key.
We are looking to team up with devs that have been working on ways to make a Blockchain system that can be used like a social profile or a E-com website. `If your interested in getting involved or would like to try out our system, message us please.
A little more about this. We developed a system that uses ENS domains like a .com to point a users domain to our shared template system pinned by IPFS. A user simply copies our CID key of any of the templates we offer, and then pastes it into their ENS content hash, IPFS website field. Once the record is created, your ENS name will point to our shared template. When you go to the users ENS domain, jasonblais.eth, you will see the Unblocked Profile template. The template uses ENS resolvers to show the viewers the users ENS data, name, bio, and other ENS keys. The avatar, header will show up. We created a list of unique custom keys users can use to add even more content to their ENS name.
The system is ran by ENS records and powered by NFTS. The template system shows the users NFT in a category system we created to show NFTS as posts, business data, travels, products, and other various things using our custom category system. The user simple adds the category title to the traits metadata. Add the text “post”, and the NFT will now appear in the Post section within the Unblocked template. This allows the users NFTs to be viewed like a personal market place. We have faith the users will invent many different ways of using this as it becomes more popular.
To use Google chrome to view your ENS, eth domain, you need to add the LIMO protocol Google created just so ENS can be seen online like a normal website. So always remember to add .limo to the ens of any eth domain.
This will now show a DWEB button or option in all your ENS profiles including EFP. If you actually go to EFP and go through all the users, 99% of them do not have a DWEB button meaning not many users even know they can do this.
