My reasons for wanting to be a delegate:
Ens is one of the most important infrastructure in the web3 world. To be a delegate of ens is one of the greatest way to join and help to build web3 world.I want to use all my talent and skills to make web3 world more popluar and more useful. And I am also working in a fund about investing web3 and I think I can contribute ens community and make ens better.

My view on each section of the [proposed ENS Constitution]:

Name ownership is an absolute right: Agree
Comment:guarantee the right of name ownship is most important thing for ens.Especially in a web3 world, a social network account will be connected with ens address and if we cannot guarantee the right it will make the web3 world unsafty.

Registration fees exist as an incentive mechanism: Agree
Comment:We need to let users cost somethings. It can reduce the users use ens account to make bad things. And community can use dao treasury to do something new to ens.

Income funds ENS and other public goods: Agree
Comment: Make the ens system strong is the most imoortant thing. And we can find ways to let ens more useful like using to connect to a social network account and let ens use in more chains like layer2 or solana.

ENS Integrates with the global namespace: Agree
Comment:Make ens decentralized is the most important thing and it is better to integrate with the legacy dns naming system.

ENS name: theCountess.eth

My reasons for wanting to be a delegate: Help to show people how digital sovereignty is the door to so many good things…earning, creating, exchanging value…and these things won’t be complicated anymore.

My view on each section of the [proposed ENS Constitution 711]

  • Name ownership is an absolute right: AGREE | The “ability to renew, transfer, or otherwise use their names” is the only way the decentralized world, the metaverse…everything “web3” will have any longevity. The internet as it is now is restrictive but easy to use. So this next iteration has to offer individual sovereignty.

  • Registration fees exist as an incentive mechanism: AGREE | People take it too far and hoard names. Also, funding continuous development is absolutely needed to avoid stagnation of the ENS project.

  • Income funds ENS and other public goods: AGREE | I love to see cool projects funded. That’s a good thing.

  • ENS Integrates with the global namespace: AGREE | This looks like a much needed step in interoperability. Very exciting.

My web3 qualifications / skills: I’m not a programmer. But I think I am one representative of a large group of people who also love the ETH realm: Creatives. I am an early adopter + active participant in the space. I am a fan of the financial side of things (I’ve studied + participated in the space for 3 years + earned Linux Foundation certificates in Blockchain including Hyperledger Tech)… but I didn’t get into $ETH for this actually; it was purely the utility of it as it allowed me to begin to explore + create art in the open metaverse. It’s how I wandered into the ENS Twitter feed and learned of the utility of this also; I am furthering my work in the web3 space and it will continue to focus on merging Creative + Tech in ways that people who don’t think this world is for them will begin to realize it is.

ENS name: jessie.eth

My reasons for wanting to be a delegate:

i ve been thinking about DAOs for a while, i m also searching for the DAO i wanna be a part of. it’s not just about the governance and rules, it’s about a belief for some time (maybe a long time). i d love to quote my friend when he 1st intro ENS to me,“it’s a big deal, not just an extension from DNS, think about where its uniqueness come from (ETH)”

currently i m in a team building a NFT curation network where you can have your data ownership(and own your attention), i want to better understand ENS as a new internet entry&identity for every INDIVIDUAL and bridge it to our solution, so that we can move to web3 together :running_woman:

I believe i can be a dot to spread the concept, i have a blog fat-garage.com (also i keep that .eth  and i write about the web3 movement (cryptos tokenomics,DAOs,NFTs etc) mostly from my experience and takeaways from other brilliant minds (for example takensthereum and brantly on my understanding on ENS).

finally, I love ETH!

My view on each section of the [proposed ENS Constitution]

Name ownership is an absolute right: (Agree/Disagree/Comment)

  • Somewhat Agree. i m thinking what “absolute right” is, and i guess if we can incentivise people who share the same value or passion on one name root (let’s say ownership), those who create names (coz there is only one ownership.eth) like ownershipecon, ownershiplabs, etc could somewhat related to each other.

Registration fees exist as an incentive mechanism: (Agree/Disagree/Comment)-Agree.

Income funds ENS and other public goods: (Agree/Disagree/Comment).-Agree.

ENS Integrates with the global namespace: (Agree/Disagree/Comment):-Agree.

  • Been in crypto since 2017, started writing/podcasting about it since 2018.
  • Building with like-mind folks on an NFT curation tool (https://dataverse.art/)
  • Engaging a community who are passionate about web 3 & ownership economy in China

My reasons for wanting to be a delegate: I represent Hindi speaking community of North India. I help freelance workers in rural India in how to get paid in cryptocurrencies. ENS has been a great relief for them as now they can simply share their ens domain names with their clients instead of long monolithic alphanumerical address.

ENS name: rishabhg.eth

My reasons for wanting to be a delegate: I’ve been great believer of how web3 can transition almost every domain it touches be it finance, art, music, gaming etc.
To add to that, the footprint identity of businesses is web domains which are currently governed (DNS) by handful of players/govt organizations. Decentralizing them is the fundamental and first step to have permissionless world.
ENS suitably fits here and I want to be active contributor in DAO to help it reach the masses and make right product market fit

My reasons for wanting to be a delegate:
Strong belief in the power of decentralization and community governance. But it needs to be done right, in an engaging way, nurtured and developed - particularly in the early stages of the DAO governance model. My Reason: Simple. To be able to providing guiding light on the future of web3 identity.
Views:
I: Agree, fair application is key to governance. Due process is critical.
II: Utilizing framework which governs price based upon behavior of the consumer is welcomed. I have concerns about the phrase “reasonable level” when applied to ENS Operations.
III: Agree. However, I think an established Code of Ethics needs to be applied to both the Delegation, along with any prospect for distribution of funds.
IV: Agree. Need more info.
V: Agree. Can always be revisited if deemed insufficient.

My web3 Q&S: MBA. Been involved in web3 for nearly a year. Regulatory Affairs by day, ENS promoter by night. Heavily invested in Decentraland.org and NFTs. The skills I bring are less technical and more philanthropic. I have a knack for being a visionary and applying such to real world adaptations.
