My reasons for wanting to be a delegate: I think I have the motivation to be an ENS Delegator, also Iām really into Ethereum / WEB3 technology in general and I think I can be a delegate and reperesent the Chinese Speaking Community.
My reasons for wanting to be a delegate:
ENS will be fundamental to bringing web3 to the world. Just like abstracting protocols in the early internet days, ENS will simplify web3 addresses.
My view on each section of the proposed ENS Constitution
Name ownership is an absolute right: (Agree/Disagree/Comment)** Agree.
Registration fees exist as an incentive mechanism: (Agree/Disagree/Comment)** Agree.
Income funds ENS and other public goods: (Agree/Disagree/Comment)** Agree.
ENS Integrates with the global namespace: (Agree/Disagree/Comment) Agree.
My web3 qualifications / skills:
I have nearly two decades of leadership and operator experience in a fast paced, technology driven industry. Iām pivoting by educating myself with Computer Science and Solidity training in order to bring my previous experience into the web3 world.
My reasons for wanting to be a delegate: I would like to be a part of Ethereumās success and believe ENS is one of the foundations of Web3. Being a delegate would allow me to actively participate in this movement. I have been a stakeholder in ETH since 2016 and have used the ecosystem (smart contracts, DEFI, NFTS) as a web3 enthusiast. I flew to take part in Devcon 2017 and since then decided I wanted to learn as much as possible. I am not a whale, nor a VC, nor a trader, nor a coder, I see myself as a native user, perhaps a bit early to the revolution. I think my profile would be valuable in the governance process as somebody that can represent a future web3 user.

ENS Integrates with the global namespace: Agree. I also believe the ENS framework should prioritize decentralized namespace. There should be a discussion on how to make the ENS framework more attractive relative to legacy namespace - either though UX/UI, prioritization and/or other incentive mechanisms.
My web3 qualifications / skills: I have actively used web3 Ethereum-based services since 2016 and present myself as a user vested in ENS reaching mainstream critical mass with low friction and great UX, rather than a coder/technical person.
**My reasons for wanting to be a delegate: Iāve been looking into ways how I could get involved with web 3, with DAOs, and this morning I saw one of my favourite projects offer just that. I hope my experience can be of help, I am eager to offer my expertise in hope weād bring ens to wider audiences. I also think it would be so much fun to collaborate in this space.
Name ownership is an absolute right: Agree, a digital identity is as important as a physical one.

**My web3 qualifications / skills: I am NOT a programmer/coder. I wish I was. I think every DAO needs more than technical skills to function & progress, it needs diversity. I am hopeful this would be a reason for me to be embraced by the community. As to general crypto/blockchain experience, Iāve been exposed to it day & night for past 2 years, mostly through ethereum projects like de-fi, nft, lately gaming. I bring 15+ years of IT marketing experience. I am not a legacy guy, I am a part of the web 2 for sure, but dreaming of a web 3 future. Please let me help.

**My web3 qualifications / skills:
I am an Internet practitioner, and I am mainly responsible for integrating user-generated content information so that the characteristics of the content information are more obvious and easy to retrieve. Integrate tags that accurately clarify the characteristics of the information content to improve the accuracy of information description, thereby facilitating the search and sorting of Internet users.
I know and love ENS, and I am very familiar with ENS technology.
Because of our love of ENS, we have done a lot of things to promote the spread and use of ENS, including: establishing an active and high-quality ENS communication group, translating ENS documents, displaying ENS APP in Chinese, establishing ENSUser.com, communicating and learning with the official team, etc. Thousands of people learn, register and use ENS because of what we do.
ENS as web3 infrastructure, DAO is a very important part of it, and I hope to continue to participate in it. As for the DAO of ENS, I think we still have a lot of things to do, and maybe applying to be a DAO delegate is the first step among them.
I am one of the founders of ENSUser, and I am proud of it. This community has a large number of members. After the ENS DAO delegate application was opened, friends in the community strongly recommended me to apply, so I represent part of the community.

My reasons for wanting to be a delegate: I have been involved in building and applying web [1,2,3] technologies for a long time. cryptoanarchy.wiki - Cypherpunks Mailing List Archive To me it is more than just technology but a way to help peopleās lives improve. With over 30 years of experience, across multiple industries, I understand the potential of technologies and the downsides and can use this experience to help guide the organization to achieve its goals.
My reasons for wanting to be a delegate: I want to support the development of ENS to help onboard users through blockchain and web3 Technology. As a female in the tech space with 27 years in user/customer experience,I can easily identifying pain points through bad UX and UI design. Being able to manage a users experience with a product is equally important and is often discounted and overlooked. To non-crypto natives, onboarding new users and communities into this space is often met with clunky bad design protocols that further adds to peoples frustration. I can help bridge this gap! I feel itās important to create a culture and environment that support equality and fairness and for everyone to have voice, and not be excluded because of my gender.

Name ownership is an absolute right: (Agree/Disagree/Comment) Agree. Identifiers are part of an online existence. Entire brands and generational identifiers depend on this name, image and likeness.
Registration fees exist as an incentive mechanism: (Agree/Disagree/Comment) Agree. Nothing is free. A nominal financial fee proves ENS owner is serious and has skin in the game. A fee gives people more incentive to be active in the ENS community.
Income funds ENS and other public goods: (Agree/Disagree/Comment) Agree. If ENS is willing to provide this service to the people to be run by the people itās reasonable for funds into the ENS treasury to be used for continued development. An individual in the ENS community is only as strong as the the entire community.
ENS Integrates with the global namespace: (Agree/Disagree/Comment) Agree. Reasonable requests should be met with reasonable accommodations.

I have participated in dao in various systems in the deif ecosystem. Through many defi, I learned more about dao, and I want to become a delegator in ENS and participate in the ecosystem. My view on each section of the proposed ENS Constitution
The world of ENS is endless. There is no limit to the area that can be expanded. And now, itās a groundbreaking system that can be easily exchanged with just my nickname when I do things like bank accounts as individual finance. As it becomes more and more popular, the en will essentially come to people.

I experienced and used various Defi and participated in DAO to see how DAO operates. Personally, I have an estate in the sandbox, and Iām going to try to create a lot of creations through it.
My reasons for wanting to be a delegate:
It is a great initiative. The application of domain names in the field of digital currency is as convenient
as the blockchain. It is as simple and understandable as browsing websites on the Internet, making
currency transactions easier. Personal accounts are easier to remember. I have great passion to it.

My web3 qualifications / skills: I have basic web3/solidity skills.
The people whom have carried ENS to this point, making sure it remains a non-profit have my utmost respect for doing so, itās essential for ENS to remain a public good. I want to dedicate some of my time to help keep steering this project in that direction in the face of potentially strong winds of financial self interest in the future.
Name ownership is an absolute right: Agree. The core identity of an individuals web3 presence must remain decentralized.

My reasons for wanting to be a delegate: I work in medical field and have strong love for Art and Technologies. ENS and web3 seem to be the solution for problems of those fields. Patients, Clients and Artists can freely control their infomations, store their works, medical profiles, etc. And in the internet world, informations is your most valueable asset. Big companies made billions of Dollar because they control usersās infomations. I believe in the future of this project and want to be a part of this next evolution of the web, the decentralized web of ourselves.
