Proposals
Proposals are how changes are made to the DAO’s status quo. They can be submitted by anyone meeting the required $ENS thresholds and are voted on by delegates based on their token holdings. If a proposal reaches quorum and passes, it is ratified and implemented.

Proposal Bulletin
Regularly check the Proposal Bulletin for updates and detailed information on each proposal.

Meta-Governance in Term 7
In Term 7, governance is centered on the Meta-Governance Working Group, now the DAO’s sole operational working group. Its responsibilities include governance oversight, DAO operations, proposal process support, working group and term transition administration, signer and multisig operations, and governance security coordination.
The Term 7 elected Meta-Governance stewards are:
- netto.eth
- sovereignsignal.eth
- abdullahumar.eth
Security Council
The ENS Security Council is a narrowly scoped emergency body. Its role is to cancel a malicious queued proposal during the timelock delay window. It is not a general-purpose governance executor.

Getting Work Done
Governance work and execution move through several channels depending on the task, including discussion and coordination on the forum, proposal development through governance-docs, funding and treasury operations through governed executable proposals, and recurring Meta-Gov operational workflows documented in the runbook.
