- Enabled renting, allows subnames to be rented at a price set by the owner

- Use this for AI Art: https://openart.ai/
- Strive to minimize barrier for non-technical people to issue subnames
- Going to offer front-end support for subname creation to interested parties like did for oppunk

- Open-source code accomplished with service provider funding, operating costs of running gateways need additional funding
- Abundance of qualified developers, but to attract talent need sustainable funding to compensate the developers appropriately and ensure job security
