- Q: Has post-quantum computing been taken into account when building ENSv2?

- Durin is an opinionated approach to issuing ENS subnames on L2 meant to support devs/hackers
- Project docs, contracts, and architecture can be found on GitHub

On-chain L2 subnames launched in ~7 minutes; template provided for registrar is modifiable for devs to change pricing, allowlists, etc. Durin automates the boring bits for devs so they can build faster
- Will improve over time to make progressively easier
- Ability to deploy on 5 different Sepolia chains and Base mainnet, with other mainnets upcoming
- Currently 80 deployments, with 280 names registered; easy to track these metrics

- Discussion around Namechain and decentralized sequencing:
- Centralized sequencing ok to launch, but goal is to launch with decentralized sequencing
- When look at market different ways to sequence including shared sequencing and based rollups. Talking to both camps to understand tradeoffs between the two
- Want to lean on expertise of above groups, not necessarily hire someone on the team to decentralize sequencing
- Steward elections upcoming
- Process post: Term 6 ENS DAO Steward Nominations and Election Process
- Nominations 6-9 December; Need 10k ENS voting support, anyone who applies will get vote support
- Elections 10-15 December, top 3 votes become stewards
- Will run X Space as an opportunity for individuals interested in running for steward positions to introduce themselves to the community and explain why they wish to serve as a steward for the Working Group they have nominated themselves for.
