3. ETH Mexico recap & takeaways from the weekend

- Event held past weekend, thanks to PG for support as sponsors!

- Participants traveled from all over Mexico, 84% were not locals
- Conducted a series of community events around Mexico prior to the main event
- Asked for feedback and have plans/adjustments to make for ETHMexico 2025
- Will send impact report to Public Goods Stewards in about 3 weeks
4. Borderless Africa milestone update

- Founder-residency forum for people across Africa
- Focus on founders who have more advanced projects
- Eskender from ENS Labs will support
- 16 startups doing everything from on-and-off ramps, savings, payments, infrastructure
- Grants from PG put aside for Devcon attendance scholarships
- Considering participating in DAO governance as a collective; need to determine if feasible and understand mechanics
- @coltron.eth: Possible to get delegation as a result of redelegation initiative, bring up to meta-gov
- @simona.eth: Important to get word out/visibility that want to be involved in governance
