It’s not a bad idea, but I wonder about the time zone differences. The Meta Gov have stewards in four different time zones (PST, GMT+1, GMT+4, and NZ). Would one secretary be enough to coordinate across those four time zones?

This may be a good reason to use some kind of Virtual Assistant service instead of a single person; they can provide 24/7 coverage where necessary.
