eth.limo Q1 2025 - Update
-
Implemented better IPLD handling and properly concatenated DoH responses for CIDs exceeding 255 chars (note not all clients respect response concatenation so your mileage may vary). Please see this post for more information.
-
In collaboration with Tally and DAOStar, we held a fireside chat focused on DAOIP-8 and associated security initiatives for DAOs as a whole at a side event during ETH Denver. This event was attended by several existing ENS service providers and delegates.
-
We’re happy to announce that we have a WIP demo of how service workers can be leveraged for more robust client-side resolution and verification of dWebsite content. This is far from being production-ready, and we are still trying to identify a solution for reducing (ideally removing) trust assumptions for delivering the initial bootstrap script itself.
-
We have introduced better bot and malicious scraper protections.
-
Per our SE2 SPP application, we have begun researching and prototyping initial solutions for automated LLM security analysis of dWeb content.
-
Working ENS hooks for dataURI/dataURL handling for ENSIP-TBD-2. This is the first step in releasing full support for 100% on-chain dWebsite content delivery.
-
On-going migration work, optimization and planning for deploying Rainbow as our backend IPFS gateway.
-
In order to better serve our end users, we have rolled out a support ticketing system for our Discord server in our #support-tickets channel.
-
Multiple small bug fixes across eth.limo, eth.link and gno.limo.
-
Last but not least, on-going legal work…
