Ever ENS Text Record Type

This EIP defines a dedicated custom text record for ENS that returns the L2 or Mainnet address that contains the humanness, sharable details, or other data for a given individual protected with a one-time-password.

This will extend the uses of ENS to share their personal data, verify that they are human, and privately share credentials (e.g. verified name).

Leveraging the L2 work that is going on at ENS to enable the broader indexing of Web 3 - this EIP will help to securely surface actionable data when the user requires it.
