Great to see so much added info from the last proposal - I know there was solid discussion on the first retro post about more detail on the scope and budget of the retrospective - This post from Eugene gives significantly more clarity into both!
The delegate all hands is now slated for Jan 20th 9am ET if that time works to jump on and talk through this updated retro post. Otherwise setting up an independent call to share more works too!
