Currently all second level domains (eg: maktoken.eth) under .eth are NFT because its parent domain registrar has a logic to do so, but not the case for subdomains. Decentraland made their dcl.eth subdomains as NFT by themselves and the actual work is not that difficult. It would be nice if we can create solidity library or some service to make it easier or even without coding.
