Introduction & Study on ENS DAO Governance Dynamics

Hello ENS Community,

I wanted to take a moment to properly introduce myself to the forum.

My name is Talha Karadayi, and I am a PhD researcher in Management & Organization Science, jointly affiliated with Istanbul University and Henley Business School.

As part of my PhD Thesis, I am conducting an independent qualitative study exploring how Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) shape their governance, decision-making, and organizational structures. While I am observing several ecosystems (including Optimism and Arbitrum), I am dedicating a deep focus to the ENS DAO due to its mature governance framework, constitution, and working group structures.

My goal here is purely academic: to understand the real-world organizational dynamics from the perspectives of active contributors, delegates, and working group members.

I am not backed by any commercial entity; this is independent, open science research conducted within an ethical framework.

Over the coming weeks, I plan to follow discussions and engage with the community. If any delegates or contributors are open to sharing their insights in a short, confidential interview, I would be deeply grateful to connect.

You can reach out to me directly via email (tkaradayi@ticaret.edu.tr / t.karadayi@reading.ac.uk), or check my profile for more details.

Looking forward to learning from this ecosystem!

Best regards,

Talha
