1. Weekly Endowment Updates (@karpatkey + @Steakhouse )

• Past few years run healthy cash-flow surplus
• 2024 expenses will be close to double of 2023, so will bring net cash flows to ~0
  • Costs of ENS v2 is a growth expense, not necessarily will have those costs for all years ahead, also L2 could bring in more revenue
• Endowment returns will enable cash flows to be positive. Options: Increase AUM and Increase returns (increase risk)
• Can also cut parts of the budget to increase positive cash flows
• At some point could use endowment to finance operations (this is the end game)

• Discussion around feasibility of conducting streaming payments from the endowment

2. General DAO Updates Section

Review of 3 Upcoming Proposals

• All executable and onchain
  • 1. Assign permissions to allow the 8 security council to utilize the cancel contract multi-sig (malicious proposals)
  • 2. Roles module upgrade v2 setup permissions for the endownment
  • 3. Meta-gov funding request
• Plan is to open vote for tomorrow

    50% attack on the DAO is currently not profitable, having a ROI of 70%. A social attack purchasing 5M tokens would be slightly profitable at the moment without the “CANCEL COUNCIL” being active
