1. Weekly Endowment Updates (@karpatkey + @Steakhouse)
- Hard to tell what is really leading ENS price higher, volume of trading (and holdings) concentrated in centralized exchanges, ENS recently listed on Korean exchanges, possibly driving accumulation and price increases
- Korean exchanges well regulated, not concerned about governance attacks; security council can veto malicious proposals
- @estmcmxci: imo good way to ensure the integrity of DAO governance is to continue to distribute ENS through DAO backed Governance Distribution Programs
2. General DAO Updates
Steward Elections
- Voting for stewards is open, go vote for all three working groups

Update on Temp Check to Revoke Name Wrapper Upgrade Ability
- Agreement made to post as executable in next 48 hours

Agora Update
- Gas Relay delegation tool going on Sepolia for testing
- Proposal up soon on forum to see if DAO will sponsor voting gas fees
- No technical challenges, implementation straightforward, just time and attention to get it right
- Next app update: email notifications for snapshot; never miss a vote, get notified
- Working on ways to surface proposals that aren’t onchain yet, but want to collect feedback, proposal up on forum soon
- Coinbase delegation update: Coinbase has delegated ENS but cant vote with it; delegate race means that ENS would run election and Coinbase would delegate all votes to one person through one transaction
- Discussion around mechanics/feasibility of running delegate race, will explore more/collect feedback in 2025
- Will also work more on proposal bond early next year
- Believe number 1 way to protect DAO: Increase voteable supply and create more participation
