Just want to report issue that MetaMask is not resolving ipns:// hashes on .eth domain names.
Example using Mozilla Firefox with MetaMask extension:
Example 1: Domain name http://vitalik.eth/ correctly redirects to https://bafybeiga62lmxhyhwyl3w4kriboxasrsd7ykqsle4pdgd6hs6bwbxxmpdy.ipfs.dweb.link/
Example 2: Domain name http://cornelweb3.eth/ redirects to https://app.ens.domains/name/cornelweb3.eth/details instead of https://k51qzi5uqu5dhlqedhb7zcjacyf1mwzlifk1c4r5a012ilvsa5ywob4wi2an53.ipns.dweb.link/
Could someone get in touch with MetaMask team and resolve this issue? Thanks.
