Is there any way to mint single letter ,single number or single emoji domain. When we try to search them on https://app.ens.domains/ it shows name is too short but many people are still selling these names on secondary markets like Opensea, Looksrare and Rarible.

Single numbers and letters are not possible. However, emojis are possible as long as they consist of at least three unicode characters combined. For example. 
.eth is possible since it consists of 7 unicode characters

@inplco I need to first check whether that emoji consists of atleast three unicode or not. Is there any particular website or link where I can find these emojis or I need to google the unicode of the emojis one by one.

I am afraid you will need to google the emojis. I am sure there is an online database somewhere but I haven’t looked for it personally.
