The Name Wrapper allows for trustless ownership of .eth subnames when an owner of a name burns two fuses. The fuses are:
CANNOT_UNWRAP
PARENT_CANNOT_CONTROL
The first fuse prevents the name from being unwrapped and the second removes the ability for the parent name to modify subnames.
As of December 4, 2024, out of 1,190 names that burned these fuses, 252 have expired or been burned, leaving 938 active names held by 648 owners.
Given special care will be needed for these names when Namechain launches, I thought this data may be valuable.
