Product Upgrades:
Durin Redesign
Based on community feedback, we’ve revamped durin.dev to better guide developers building ENS L2 subname projects.
Key Improvements
- Introductory Context – We added a clearer overview of what Durin does and why it matters.
- Key Concepts – ENS-specific contract explanations are provided at key sections throughout the flow to help developers.
- Simplified Developer Flow – The process has been streamlined and we also added instructions for minting the first subname.
NameStone Updates:
Sepolia Support
We’ve expanded NameStone to include Sepolia support alongside Mainnet. When registering for an API key, customers can select their preferred network from the start.
Our documentation has also been updated so developers can easily toggle between Mainnet and Sepolia instructions.
Admin Panel Upgrades:
Mobile Friendly Design
NameStone’s admin panel is now optimized for mobile. Anyone can manage their names and records directly from their phone—anytime, anywhere.
Warning indicators for out of date/incorrect resolvers
Customers can now proactively address resolver issues that could compromise name functionality thanks to warning banners. Update your resolver in the admin panel with the press of a button.
Expanded Text Record Options
Speaking of admin panel upgrades, we’ve expanded our text record offerings for domains and subnames to include status
and header image
(as seen on efp.app).
This wraps up our Q1 2025 update. Thank you, and as always, it is our pleasure to build on top of ENS.
