NFT Domains a Security?

Something that recently came to mind. What is the feasibility of Gary (SEC) considering blockchain domains (NFT)'s a security?

I will find it ironic if so…, because he then has to explain why ICANN/Versign selling .coms are not a security, considering they are NFTs in a MySQL database. And it would need to be an answer other than they are not retail.

True, but it is still an important possibility to think about.

Imho extremely unlikely

web3 governance tokens perhaps could run that risk, but actual domains — even if the SEC goes bonkers they wouldn’t go that insane
