I’ve followed along the steps, but my domain seems to be stuck with a “Problem Fetching DNS” error - ENS App

Domain registered at Namecheap and passed through to Google DNS for DNSSEC setup.

Solved! Perhaps it was a cache issue; reloading app.ens a few hours later grants the ability to register the name.

Now to wait for fees to relax…

Note also that DNS records can take a little while to propagate and become available after you set them.
