1. General DAO Updates

- Significant work being done on Gasless DNS
- ENS Labs will have representation at various upcoming events like ETH New York
- Small grants are being worked on to begin accepting submissions.
- Vegayp is speaking about ENS at a student conference in Tokyo.
- ENS Labs team will also be at EthRome to help people build with ENS.
2. SI HER & The KI

- Read SI HER & The KI’s ENS Grant Proposal
- Kara introduced her non-profit based in california, ‘Si Her’, which is aimed at fostering women’s participation in tech.
- Project is exploring providing subdomains for their members/users.
- Stewards and the community provided feedback concerning the kinds of information they want from grantees, including metrics that enable benchmarking and performance reviews…
- Additional feedback included being able to show success stories which move beyond conceptual messaging, and enable the DAO to align with and measure intended outcomes.
- Further highlighted were that grants informally follow a graduation program, and that Small Grants are a great area to start in as they provide exposure and engagement opportunities with community.
3. Small Grants Submissions Open
ENS Small Grants Round - Update
- Submissions will open for Ecosystem & Public Goods Small grants on ensgrants.xyz shortly.
- Keep an eye on the forum and tweet announcement from ENS DAO twitter account.
- Discussion included:
- The importance and impact of small grants and showcasing success stories to communicate the tangible impact of the small grants.
- Details about the upcoming launch and tiered award structure.
- Use of voting cards based on past submissions, active participation, and for those who request.
- Voting token power being equal across the board as one voting card = 1 vote.
- The future of grant structures and iterative nature of them.
- The possibility of open application periods for large grants.
4. Open space for additional topics
- Coltron attended funding the commons event and shared some interesting projects that he talked to

- Reference to a paper by Ledger about a decrease in gas costs for p256 signature verification.
