1. Genearl DAO Updates
- Forum updates regarding budget and compensation.
- Discussion on extending working group terms to a year.
- New workstream proposal by @avsa.

2. ETHGlobal Istanbul
- ENS Labs will have a presence
- @matoken and @mdt, core developers will be present
- Non-tech personnel to be present for assistance as well.
- Public Good Working Group plans to sponsor ITBlockchain with a grant and will host @mdt as a speaker
- Stewards will continue to explore other opportunities as the date approaches, such as a Public Goods panel with further details forthcoming.

3. Small Grants
- The tenth Public Goods Small Grants Round has concluded with 108 unique voters, a 134.78% increase since the last round
- Stewards and the community expressed their gratitude for @gregskril on developing the front-end for the grants round
- Stewards are exploring a retrospective via data storytelling through visualizations

4. Large Grants
- Stewards have fielded five submissions received with one decision finalized.
- Gashawk has been announced as a grantee; compensation will be based on milestones, maximum of 50k.
- Daniel Hannum from Gashawk expressed gratitude and will collaborate on milestone presentations.
- Coltron.eth will publicize grantee details on the forum for transparency.
- Additional project announcements by November 21st.

5. Open Discussion
- Stewards discussed postponing an upcoming working group call on November 14th due to Devconnect
- The community discussed iterating the grants process, considering additional fields that detail prior funding and collaborations as well as displaying grantee profiles on the ensgrants.xyz front-end that display historical activity.
