Permissions to post on the forum
To post in Service Provider Applications subcategory - or anywhere for that matter - users need write access. The ‘Request Access’ button is in the top right hand corner.
Turnaround time for review is less than a day. This will be longer if they skimp on information in form and appear as a spammer [note: we receive quite a few] and consequently have to repeat/chase up.
After permissions are updated, they simply need to refresh the page.
Posting in Service Provider Program section
To then post, you need to have filtered ‘any’ of the subcategories. If you have not selected a subcategory and are only under the main category [Service Provider Program], the option to create a new topic will be greyed out.
