Our most efficient and effective engagements leverage nearly every bit of the AlphaGrowth team resources to accomplish the specific goals at hand.
For the ENS Growth Program, the AlphaGrowth team will allocate between 2 and 4 full-time dedicated team members, depending on what is required to meet our KPIs. Everyone on the AlphaGrowth platform team will contribute in some way shape or form, including strategy, creative, and network introductions.

AlphaGrowth has received eligibility endorsement from avsa.eth, he’s a Delegate in ENS DAO with 99,640 Votes.
OFAC Sanctions Compliance
We, AlphaGrowth, confirm that neither our organization nor any of our employees, contractors, or executive leadership is located in, or a resident of, an OFAC-sanctioned country. We further confirm that none of our business resources are derived from or routed through any country or entity that is subject to sanctions imposed by the United States (OFAC) or equivalent regulatory bodies. We pledge to remain compliant with all applicable sanctions laws and will promptly notify the ENS DAO if our status changes.

No coding efforts are anticipated as this is a Growth, Marketing and Business Development-oriented proposal. Any work will be available for the public to view and engage with.
4. Scope of Work & Budget
4.1 Basic Scope of Work
4.1.1 Distribution Partnerships
KPIs / Success Metrics
- Scouting and Outbound: Search, sort, qualify and outreach to 100 unintegrated dApps, potential partners, and use cases per quarter
- Pipeline: Leverage the AlphaGrowth CRM to create a database of all ENS opportunities and partnerships (ENS Labs will have full access to the AlphaGrowth platform)
- Meetings with partners: We will meet with 20 new and qualified potential partners each month to discuss and educate them on the ENS opportunity. As required, we will make introductions to ENS Labs for bespoke requests and larger opportunities.
- Commercial Agreements: Structure and bring at least 1 revenue sharing commercial agreement to ENS Labs and the DAO.

- 1 Market Research Report per quarter identifying trends, competitor analysis and any applicable updated Plan of Action based on our findings

- A minimum of 5 posts per week highlighting the opportunities and updates throughout the ENS Ecosystem
- 2 million impressions per quarter

AlphaGrowth is a protocol growth, marketing, and management firm specializing in DeFi Operations, Business Development, and Ecosystem Growth. Our firm creates narratives, tests the waters of new markets, and creates new partnerships to drive awareness, adoption and activity for every engagement.
Our core competency deals with providing growth and business development for DAOs where we execute upon the vision of the community, while simultaneously hunting for new opportunities.
AlphaGrowth leads the Uniswap DAO Growth Program. Our scope includes expanding the Uniswap footprint through new deployments and use cases, highlighting builders, voices and opportunities throughout the ecosystem, and sourcing and distributing incentives to Uniswap users.
We also lead the Compound Growth Program, over the past 12 months our growth strategies brought over $750M in TVL and nearly $3M in revenue to the Compound DAO.

No one on the AlphaGrowth team holds any compensated positions at ENS Labs, Karpatkey, or any other project currently receiving funds from the ENS DAO. Should any potential conflicts arise in the future, AlphaGrowth is committed to full transparency and will work with the DAO to ensure a clear separation of concerns and uphold the integrity of the process.
