I was reading the ENS Treasury Flow Automation discussion, and it is a strong example of the kind of executable governance action that benefits from a second technical pass before execution: new contract deployment, controller ownership transfers, direct treasury routing, and scoped Zodiac permissions.

I offer a narrow Proposal Review Service for treasury and governance actions. Before vote, queue, or execution, I review targets, calldata, fund flow, permission scope, and role dependencies, then return a short technical report with flagged risks, open questions, and a readiness recommendation.
