2. Miscellaneous ENS updates of general interest

  • 2 new executable proposals are live
  • UI providers are updating their apps to make sure everything works well for SPP2 voting

3. PG Budget vote passed!

  • Public Goods working group budget passed, as did the MetaGov one
  • Coordination with Spence is underway to put it on chain

4. ENSvolution – a “wayback machine” for ENS names presentation

  • Built by JustaName team
  • See the history of any ENS name and all its changes since it was registered
  • Shows the change in: resolvers, records, etc.
  • Supports names on L1 and L2s
  • Powered by ENSNode
  • Looking to add visuals for:
    • Sales on secondary, transfers, renewal events, offchain subnames, notifications…

5. @clowes.eth for the moment no longer in the field posted his magma recap

  • Thomas published a recap of Magma.
  • Africa has an abundance of talented engineers and developers.
  • Estimates 2.3 billion citizens in Africa.
  • Potential to directly fund teams, initiatives, support conferences, and education programs to push ENS, Ethereum, and Blockchain.
  • Exploring a resource document about organizations and initiatives in Africa.
    • The goal is to identify different areas for potential support, beyond Magma.
    • The document will help scope out initiatives where the Public Goods Working Group can make a difference.
