A) Small Grants - updates
- The payout for October Public Goods small grants has been paid out to the winners for last month.

Question: Can we add a field in the submission form for how maybe rounds?
- This could be implemented, but more likely would count the grants the address has submitted. @gregskril is considering making profiles.

Question: Should winners receive POAPs?
- This could be implemented for fun.
- Discussion: Should there be terms for participation similar to Gitcoin?
B) PG Fellowship/Award - updates

Discussion: Next steps for setting up small grants platform to handle submissions for fellowship.
- Will use Typeform to collect fellowship submissions to output to a Google sheet or CSV.
- An announcement for submissions will be made next week.
C) Upcoming Events
- ETHIndia, December 2nd – 4th, in Bangalore, is the next big event on the calendar.
- Makoto will also be speaking at panels at ETHGathering and Crypto Plaza Forum in Spain.
- Note: There will be no call during Thanksgiving week.
