‘Own Funds’ is a bad measure here. Funds may be distributed across many wallets and very likely are, but votes wouldn’t be since who wants to pay gas across wallets for every on-chain vote. I am sure many people moved funds off their delegation wallets once they were delegated lots of votes (they should; it is basic opsec). I am not sure about this optimism.
