- Our recent small grant proposal, Translation Initiative, received a record-breaking show of support! Thank you so much to the incredible $ENS voters for funding this initiative!
- The 1 ETH grant will be used to facilitate community-sourced translations for future editions of the newsletter, in line with our foundational goal to reach the widest audience possible.

ETHDenver
ETHDenver starts on March 2nd! Many people from ENS Labs and ENS DAO will be attending.
- There are two side-events planned on March 2nd:
- (3-6 PM) Build and Brews
- (6-9 PM) ENS Happy Hour
- The Public Goods working group is a sponsor of the Schelling Point event, also on March 2nd. Schelling Point is a whole day dedicated to public goods talks.
- Don’t forget to stop by the ENS booth at the main event from March 2nd-5th! Located on the main floor near the entrance, in the DAO Town section. Visit us to print a custom stickerpack with your ENS information!

Endowment Update
- The on-chain vote to fund the endowment (first tranche) is live on Tally.
- If passed, this will be the first of two installments, with the second planned after six months. For more details, see the proposal outline by @karpatkey on the forum.

Core Updates
- Gasless DNSSEC implementation is ready for audit.
- The core team is also working on implementing text records from ENS to DNS.
- Bug Bash for V3 ENS App will likely occur after ETHDenver.
- @matoken.eth and @jefflau.eth created an integration guide for people integrating with Name Wrapper, including changes required for registrars and marketplaces.
- @AvsA submitted a formal ENS Improvement Proposal for Platform Source Parameter.

Integrations
- MinimaxFinance, an interactive web3 marketplace, has integrated support for ENS name resolution in its search function.
- A thread was shared by the messaging protocol XMTP, detailing how verifiable identity through ENS can be leveraged to provide a safer and more secure customer service experience.

Aragon posted a teaser that appears to indicate something about subdomains for the
dao.eth
parent domain. It includes the date March 2nd, 2023 at the end.

ENS Stats for February 2023
- 40k new .eth registrations (currently 2.8m names)
- $2.2m in protocol revenue (all goes to the ENS DAO)
- 19k new eth accounts w/ at least 1 ENS name (total 661k)
- 3,800 avatar records set (total 73k)
- 832 DWeb content records set (total 19,594)
