Update ENSIP14 - Steward Eligibility Requirements

I strongly suggest that we include a minimum participation requirement to be eligible as a steward election nomination candidate.

It’s important that any candidate or elected stewards are participating in DAO discussion and are actively and obviously involved.

I suggest adding a requirement that a candidate must meet the minimum requirement of:

  • at least (1) Topic created on DAO discussion forum.
  • read at least ~25% of all posts
  • shown interest in DAO discussion.

Any other EIP updates can also be included for consideration.
