The ENS MetaGov Working Group holds public weekly calls. The calls are open to community members and the general public.
The ENS MetaGov Working Group calls are facilitated by the appointed ENS Stewards, and led by the lead MetaGov steward - @5pence.eth . If you need to get in touch with any member of the working group, please message them on the forum, TG, or on X.
How to Add to Weekly Agenda
If you have items that you would like to add to the weekly agenda please message any of the ENS MetaGov stewards (Update) through the messaging feature on this forum.
How to Use this Thread
Agenda will be posted along with call summaries. Please do not post in this thread unless requested by one of the Stewards.

1. Intro

- Really looking forward to calls and updating community on everything
- Currently at Consensys working across the organization, centered on DAOs
- Excited to bring fresh perspective to Meta-gov
2. General DAO Updates
- Service Provider Program
- Will discuss and move forward soon, no updates yet
- ENS Working Group Amendments
- Will be compiling, reading, and moving forward over the next few weeks
3. Agora Update from Kent Fenwick
- Learned a ton from ProposalBond attempt last year, will resubmit to forum based on feedback
- Service Provider Visualization: Helping voters visualize how funding is distributed if voting were to end at a specific point during the voting period (adds transparency to voting processes)
- December Endowment Report: karpatkey | Treasury Reports
- DeFi Results around $421k
- Will post 2024 endowment report on forum soon
- Moved into 80/20 stablecoins
- Decrease in mark to market due to decrease in ETH price
- Working on revamp on report

- Raise participation of governance and ensure ENS is safer and more resilient to governance attacks
